Terms and conditions:

• You can rent the house on a weekly basis. The price includes seven nights which applies from the first day of your reservation.
• You will receive the keys after the transfer of 150 EURO deposit. This amount will be transferred back upon receipt of the keys after your holidays.
• The price includes electricity, water, linen, towels and internet access. Excluding 50 EURO for final clean-up.
• We ask you to transfer 25% of the total rent in order to confirm a definite reservation. Four weeks ahead of the rental period the outstanding amount will be due for payment.
